Pinole Valley Bootcamp is the premier OUTDOOR commitment based workout program that accommodates all fitness levels. We offer 3 bootcamps per week for each 6-week session. We meet MONDAY and THURSDAY at 6:30 p.m. and SATURDAY at 9:00 a.m.
Since 2010 we have been encouraging our members to do the “best they can” when they can. Our program is based on progression and high quality instruction so you get a comprehensive workout every time.
Our program requires real work. Your fitness success depends on how hard your are willing to work.
Your success also depends on your dedication to the classes you have paid for. The hardest part is getting to the park: once you are there your workout awaits you.
So, if you have had little or no success at the gym, or need fitness motivation and you are the type of person who completes what they have paid for you have found the right program.
You will be motivated, encouraged, and inspired while working hard, having fun and getting a fantastic workout in a non-threatening environment.
Sue D'Alonzo and Sharon Garrett are long time experienced fitness trainers.
They are certified with nationally ranked organizations and with their knowledge and experience comes excellent programming.
You will be under professional guidance.
Both Sue and Sharon carry liability insurance and Pinole Valley Bootcamp maintains a current business license with the city of Pinole.
